Rules & Recommendations

  • A deposit of £10 will be made on all appointments which will be redeemable against treatment.
  • All prepaid bookings and courses must have a 24 hour notice of cancellation otherwise the booking or session will be forfeited
  • Arrive at least 10 minutes before the schedule start of your treatment as being late will shorten the appointment time in consideration of the next person.
  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Failure to attend an appointment or cancellations giving less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of 50% of the Gift Voucher value
  • The salon takes no responsibility for the loss of valuables.
  • Mobile phones to be switched off while in the salon
  • Please bring open toed sandals when having a pedicure
  • No valuables such as jewellery to be worn during treatment.
